The University of Nairobi’s Engineering and Science Complex (ESC) successfully held its Research Annual Conference on October 21–22, 2025, alongside the University’s Research and Innovation Week 2025. The event brought together researchers, PhD students and academic partners from Kenya and France to showcase ongoing collaborations and share insights on advancing research and innovation within the ESC framework.

UoN’s ESC Innovation Pillar Charts New Path with Business Model for Sustainable Impact

The Engineering and Science Complex (ESC) Innovation Pillar has taken a major step in strengthening innovation at the University of Nairobi by hosting a three-day workshop from September 22nd to 24th, 2025, in Naivasha. The forum focused on designing an Innovation Business Model to guide the operations of the Innovation Community of Excellence (CoE) and inform the business approach of other ESC CoEs.
